Who We Are
"CVC" (Colonial Village Construction) was established in 1974 by William and Carol Metzger at the former "Stone Villa Haven" site along US Route 15 in Lewisburg, PA. The original mountain stone "Motel" buildings were repurposed to house offices, retail, and warehouse spaces. Initially founded as an HVAC contracting business, CVC swiftly evolved and grew to become a dominant Design/Build General Contractor offering in-house Mechanical Contracting services. In 1992, reflecting this growth, a new corporate office was constructed at the southern end of the property, the current home of CVC Mechanical Contractors.
William Metzger, Jr. joined the family enterprise in 1985, providing leadership of the “HVAC” Mechanical Division. Following Metzger Sr.’s retirement in 1999, Bill Jr. and his wife Annette purchased the Mechanical division from the family. Under their leadership, CVC Mechanical Contractors, Inc. has continued to meet the HVAC needs of both residential and commercial clients to this day.
